SAHYADRI DESIGNS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Olive County Housing Society, specifically in A-6/1402, Sector-5, Vashudhara. It’s a nice enough area to work from, and being inside a residential society makes sense for SAHYADRI DESIGNS PRIVATE LIMITED. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve living spaces, so being surrounded by them helps. Our office is basically a collection of desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings. We focus on the practical side of design, making sure things actually work in the real world. It’s not all about fancy sketches; there’s a lot of math and technical work involved too. Most of our projects are local, so we know the building styles and what people in Vashudhara usually want. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all been working together for quite some time. We don't really have a corporate hierarchy; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes we’re out at a site all day, and other times we’re stuck here at the computers until late. We deal with the usual problems like structural issues or budget constraints, but we always figure something out. It’s a straightforward business. We like the creative part, but we’re mostly focused on getting the designs built correctly and on time. Living and working in the same general area makes the commute easy, which is a big plus for everyone on the team.
