You can find us at 37/2 in Site IV of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. Being in Ghaziabad, we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. At Sheela Foam, we spend our days dealing with large blocks of foam and all the machinery needed to cut and shape them. It’s a big space because foam takes up a lot of room. The air always has that faint smell of new materials. We have a lot of people working shifts here to keep things moving. It isn't a quiet office job. There are forklifts moving around and machines humming constantly. We’ve been in this location for quite a while, so we know the ins and outs of the industrial estate. The roads can be a bit of a mess when it rains, but the trucks still come and go. We don't go in for fancy talk about what we do. We just make foam for mattresses and other things people use every day. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of the production line. We have our meetings on the shop floor more often than in a boardroom. It’s just a practical way to run things. We focus on making sure the batches are consistent and that the loading docks stay clear for the next delivery. It's just a regular industrial operation that stays busy year-round.
