Lalit Mechanical Works

You will find Lalit Mechanical Works at No. 109/52 in the New Rajinder Nagar Industrial Area. We are situated right across from where Dass Hitachi is in Sahibabad. This area is pretty much all workshops and small factories. Our place is a typical mechanical shop with high ceilings and concrete floors that have seen a lot of use. We have various lathes and welding machines that stay busy most of the day. It’s the kind of environment where you’re going to get some oil on your hands if you stay too long. We do a lot of custom metal work and repairs for other businesses in the area. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of glory, but it’s necessary. The noise from the industrial area can be a lot, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor looking at a part or talking to a customer about a repair. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change as different companies moved in and out. We rely mostly on word of mouth from people who know we do a decent job for a fair price. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. We just keep the machines running and the work moving.
