We are over at Plot No. 281/1/13 in Site 4 of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. This part of the city is always full of trucks and activity. At Jainsm Martell Overseas, we deal with a lot of international trade and logistics stuff. It means our desks are usually piled high with papers and shipping forms. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see where shipments are. It’s not a very quiet office because there is always something being discussed or a problem being solved. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a while. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Most of the time, the space is just filled with the sound of printers and people talking. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a container is delayed or something goes wrong at the port, but we just work through it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving across borders. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the rules and regulations, but we’re used to it by now. The industrial area can be a bit dusty and loud, but it’s where we belong. We just stay focused on the logistics and getting everything where it needs to go without too much fuss. It's a busy life but we enjoy it.
