You’ll find us at S-35 and S-36 in Site 4 of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial patch. Our place at Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of all that activity. There is always the sound of machines or trucks moving around on the street outside. We have a decent-sized space here for all the medical equipment and parts we handle. It’s not a pretty office. There are no carpets and no paintings on the walls. It’s a real workspace with concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend our time putting things together. We make sure the equipment is working like it should before it goes out. It can get a bit hot in the summers. But we have some fans going to keep the air moving while we work. The staff here is mostly local guys. They know their way around tools and machinery. We don't have a marketing department. No people running around in suits. We just have people who know how to build and fix things. Every morning we open up the big metal shutters and start our day. Sometimes we have a lot of heavy crates to move. Other days we are just doing fine-tuning on small metal parts. It’s a lot of standing and moving around for most of the shift. We don't really have a mission statement. We just want to get the orders out on time. That's the main thing.
