S. M. Industry

S. M. Industry is out on Bulandshahr Road, specifically at B-22/1/16 in the Industrial Area. It’s an area full of factories and warehouses, so there’s always something going on. Our unit isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We’ve got the machinery set up in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit crowded to someone else. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks passing through, but we just keep the doors open to let some air in. We’ve been working out of this spot for several years now. It’s a lot of repetitive work, making parts and checking them over, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our goal is just to get through the day’s orders and make sure the quality is okay. The workers here are mostly from around the local area, and we’ve become a bit of a family over time. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a very grounded way to work. Bulandshahr Road is a long way from the city center, but for an industry like ours, it’s the right place to be. We’re just here doing our bit, day in and day out. We don't really have a big office, just a small cabin in the corner where the paperwork gets done. It's all about the production floor here and keeping things moving.
