Our clinic is on the first floor of the Chauhan Market in Chhalera, which is over in Sector 44 of Noida. It’s near the Sector 37 underpass, so it’s not too hard to find if you know that landmark. Being in a market means it’s always lively around here. There are people shouting, cars honking, and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. We’ve been running this clinic for a bit now, and it’s a straightforward setup. You walk up the stairs and we’re right there. We handle the usual medical stuff that people in the sector need. It’s a practical place, nothing too polished or shiny. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on seeing the patients who come in. We get a mix of people—some who work in the offices nearby and others who live in the Chhalera village area. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the waiting area sometimes, especially on rainy days when everyone wants to be inside. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just open the doors and help whoever walks in. It’s a simple life running a clinic in a busy market like this. We keep our own records, answer the phone ourselves, and just try to stay on top of the daily rush that Noida always seems to have.
