Over at Plot No A-34/2/8 in the Site-4 Industrial Area of Sahibabad, you'll find our shop, Rpl Automation. It’s a typical Sahibabad setup—plenty of noise from the nearby units and trucks constantly moving through the narrow lanes. We focus on automation parts and systems. It sounds high-tech, and it is, but the way we run things is pretty traditional. We’ve got a small group of technicians and engineers who spend their time looking at panels and programming controllers. We don't have a shiny glass office. Most of our space is taken up by electrical cabinets and spools of wire. We’ve been in this location for a while, so we’ve seen neighbors come and go. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with orders to worry about that. When a customer calls with a problem, we just try to figure out the simplest way to fix it without charging them an arm and a leg. We don't use any scripts or have a fancy way of talking. It’s just us explaining how the sensors or the motors are going to work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a control panel for a factory that’s down, and those are the long nights where we just order some food and keep working until it’s done. It’s a decent place to work, and we pride ourselves on just being regular people who know their stuff when it comes to automation.
