Our office is in Ghaziabad, right at Flat No. 210 in Sidhartha Niketan. We are located in Sector-14, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the Suman Petrol Pump across the street. Being near Kaushambi means there is always something going on outside, and the noise from the main road definitely makes its way inside. It is a busy part of the U.P., and we are right in the thick of it. The flat is a bit older, so the tiles are a little worn and the doors sometimes creak, but it has character. We have set up our desks wherever they fit. It is not a huge place, so we are all pretty close to each other while we work. You can usually hear three different conversations happening at once. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, so we usually just order something from the small eateries nearby or bring our own tiffins from home. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs to the second floor. It is an honest, hardworking atmosphere. No one is wearing suits or trying to impress anyone. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families. It’s a bit messy, a bit loud, and very real. That’s just the way it is here in Ghaziabad and we are okay with that. It's how we operate every day.
