About Rmc Sahibabad Plant – Metals & Minerals in Ghaziabad
We've been at Site-IV in Ghaziabad for a while now. It's dusty around the plant, but that's just how it is when you're working with concrete all day. The Rmc Sahibabad Plant isn't fancy. It's a bunch of trucks coming in and out, and some guys making sure the mix is right before it heads out to whatever building is going up nearby. Most of us live close by in the U.P. area, so we know the traffic and the roads well. It gets hot in the summer, really hot, but we keep the machines running. We don't have a big office with glass windows. It's mostly just a desk and some chairs where we drink tea and look at the delivery schedules. If you come by A-43, you'll see the gate is usually open. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup because you can't just let concrete sit there. It’s hard work, but it pays the bills and keeps the town growing. We don't spend much time talking about fancy goals. We just want to get the loads out on time so the site foremen don't start calling us every five minutes. It’s a bit noisy, and the ground is always gray, but it’s what we do. If you need someone, just ask for the supervisor at the gate. We’re usually around unless it’s a holiday.
