Our office is tucked away in this sector, and it provides us with a stable base for our operations in the U.P. region. The office is not very large, but it is enough for the team we have here. We have all the basic office stuff like desks, chairs, and a few cupboards for all the files we have to keep. It is a very practical setup where the focus is on the work rather than how the office looks to outsiders. We do a lot of our work over the phone and on our laptops, coordinating with different sites. Sometimes we have meetings in the small conference room, but mostly we are just at our desks. The power can be a bit unreliable in Ghaziabad, but we have a generator that kicks in so we can keep working. We are a close-knit group, and we usually know what is going on with each other.
