We are set up in Indirapuram, specifically at Parswanath Majestic Floors in Ghaziabad. Our address is C 203, which is where we manage the Regency Ceramics Ltd. business for this region. Indirapuram is a huge residential hub, so there is always someone nearby looking for tiles or flooring work for their flat. Being on the second floor means we don't get as many walk-ins as a ground-floor shop, but it stays a bit quieter that way so we can focus on the orders. The building is well known around here, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. We keep a lot of our documentation and some sample pieces right here in the office. It's a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area is well-connected to the rest of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and the main office. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that’s life in a big apartment complex. We aren't trying to be a big fancy corporate office; it’s more about having a reliable base in Ghaziabad to help our customers. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow a lot since we first arrived. Most of the time it is just the usual cycle of taking orders and checking on the logistics for the ceramic shipments coming through the NCR. It’s steady work and we enjoy the local atmosphere.
