Realty Wise Corporation Llp

We have been running Realty Wise Corporation Llp out of our office at Aff 07 in the Shipra Azure building for quite some time now. Kaushambhi is a pretty busy area, so being on the upper ground floor makes it easy for people to find us when they are walking by. The office isn't anything fancy or over the top, just a practical space where we sit down and go through property papers and talk to anyone who stops in. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at local listings around the neighborhood. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to that after a few weeks. We don't really go for the big corporate look. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized and helping people figure out where they want to live or invest their money. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because there is just so much of it in this business. We know the local streets well because we spend half our time out there looking at different sites. People usually come to us because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to be straightforward about what is available and what isn't. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything in Kaushambhi, but it’s what we do every day. We usually have the kettle on if someone wants to sit for a minute.
