Real Estate Builder

Our place is at House No.-321 in Konark Enclave. It’s over in Sector 17-D, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. Real Estate Builder is the name we go by. It’s a standard house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more comfortable that way than being in a glass tower somewhere. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up with tables and chairs for when people come over to talk about construction or buying a home. Being in Ghaziabad, we see a lot of people moving out from Delhi to find more space for their families. We try to help them find something that actually works for their budget. We aren't polished talkers. We just know about bricks, cement, and local zoning laws. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months, maybe more if the weather is bad. We don't like to promise things we can't do. The office can get a bit dusty with all the construction talk, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or driving out to different sites around Sector 17-D to see how the work is going. We don't have a big marketing department or anything fancy. People just know where House 321 is and they come by when they need something built or sold. It's just a local business run by local people.
