Ramotar Sharma

I have been living and working around Hapur, Khaspur, and Kharkhoda for my whole life. This business is really just an extension of what I do every day. It is a rural area, so things move a bit slower here than in the big cities. My setup is simple. I do not have a big office or a bunch of staff. It is mostly me and sometimes a helper if the work is too much for one person. People know me by name around here. If they need something, they just come by or send word through a neighbor. That is how it works in Hapur. I do not use a lot of fancy technology. A notebook and a phone are usually enough to keep things sorted. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get work done, especially during the monsoon season when the roads in Kharkhoda get difficult. I just wait it out and get back to it when I can. There is no point in rushing things and doing a bad job. I take pride in the fact that people trust me. I have lived in Khaspur for years, so I know most of the families around. We help each other out. This is not a big company with a board of directors. It is just me, Ramotar Sharma, doing what I can to make a living and help the community out when they need it. I like the life I have here.
