Rama Hospital

Our hospital, Rama Hospital, is located on NH-24 in the Pilkhuwa area of Hapur. It’s a big building right along the main road, so you can't really miss it if you are traveling through Hapur. Being on the highway, we see a lot of different people coming through our doors. The lobby is a wide space with some potted plants that we try to keep watered, though the dust from the road makes it a challenge. We have a few different floors, and the elevator sometimes takes its time, so many of us just take the stairs. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been working in Hapur for a long time. We have rooms for patients that are simple and functional, with basic beds and lockers for their things. The windows in the back look out over some open land, which is a nice break from the busy highway at the front. We spend our days checking temperatures, writing prescriptions, and making sure the kitchen has enough food for everyone staying with us. It’s not a luxury setup, just a solid hospital for the community. We have some old ceiling fans that hum a bit when they are on, and the tiles on the wall are a pale blue color. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just open up every morning, take care of whoever comes in, and keep the place running.
