Rajpoot Travels

We’ve been here at M-24 in Ghaziabad for quite a while now. The office is right by Shatabdi School. If you know the area, it’s not hard to find. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and answering the phone when someone calls about a trip. The street outside gets pretty busy when the school lets out, so we usually try to get our main work done before that happens. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit if they come by to talk about their travel plans. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular office where we keep the logs and keys. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot stays the same. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold the maps and calendars just fine. We keep a bottle of water on the table for anyone who stops in from the heat. It’s mostly just making sure the cars are where they need to be and the drivers know the routes. We don't do much advertising, people usually just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the details right so nobody ends up stuck somewhere.
