Vinay Zip Industry

We've been at Plot No. 89/90 in Rajendra Nagar Industrial Area for a while now. Running Vinay Zip Industry takes up most of our time. It’s a busy spot here in Mohan Nagar with lots of noise from the machines. We mostly focus on getting the zips right for the local clothes makers. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a workshop with metal and fabric everywhere. We started small and stayed that way, which works for us. My father used to say that a good zip shouldn't be noticed, it should just work. We handle the sliders and the teeth and make sure they match up. People come by the shop to pick up orders or just to chat about the market. Dealing with suppliers is a bit of a headache sometimes, especially when the metal prices change. But we manage. The floor is usually covered in scrap bits of tape and brass. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do big ads or anything. Most people around Mohan Nagar know where we are if they need supplies for their garment units. It’s just us here, making sure the orders get packed and sent out on time. The machines need oiling every day to stay smooth. We just focus on getting through the day's work.
