Rajat Vastu Bhandar

I run Rajat Vastu Bhandar at B-154, Extension-2 in Shalimar Garden. We are located in the Sahibabad section of Ghaziabad. Most of the people living around here know the address. It’s a corner spot, which makes it easier for people to pull up and grab what they need. We’ve got a lot of items crammed into a small space. It might look a bit disorganized to someone visiting for the first time, but I know exactly where everything is kept. My son helps me out after his college classes are done for the day. We get a lot of foot traffic from the nearby houses. The morning rush is usually the busiest when people realize they’re out of something for breakfast. I’ve been working in this shop for years and I don't see myself doing anything else. The building is older, so we have to fix the shutters every now and then. Ghaziabad can get really hot, so we usually keep the lights low in the middle of the day. We don't put up many posters or ads. Word of mouth is how people find us in a place like Shalimar Garden. If you do a good job, people tell their neighbors. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the everyday things that people actually use. It’s not a fancy place, just a normal store for normal people who live nearby. It keeps us going just fine.
