Sarla Herbals

Sarla Herbals is tucked away in Devika Chamber, specifically at Gf 78. We are near the RDC area in Raj Nagar, which is always packed with people and cars. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to just wander in. The shop smells like dried leaves and roots because of all the herbal products we keep in the back. It’s a nice smell, honestly. We have rows of shelves with jars and packets of different herbs. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us here helping people find what they’re looking for. The RDC area is great for business, but the noise can be a lot sometimes. We have a small back room where we pack up orders for people who live further away. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze back there with all the packing material. We don't really do much advertising; people usually find us by word of mouth or because they’re already in Raj Nagar for something else. The shop floor is a bit worn out from all the foot traffic over the years. We have a small stool for people to sit on if they want to talk for a bit. It’s a comfortable, simple place. We like the community here and being part of the local market scene. It’s just a regular herbal shop doing its best. We usually close up around seven in the evening.
