We operate out of A-7/59 on South Side Road in the industrial area. It is a big, open space because packaging takes up a lot of room. We have huge piles of cardboard sheets, wooden crates, and rolls of foam everywhere. It looks like a total mess to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is stored. We spend our days wrapping things up so they do not break during shipping or moving. We have been in this spot since the early 2000s. The building is an old one, with high ceilings and some noticeable cracks in the concrete floor, but it does the job for us. We do not have a sales team or anyone in suits. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our trucks parked around the city. We do a lot of heavy-duty packing for industrial machines. It involves a lot of work with hammers, nails, and very strong tape. It is physical work and we are usually covered in dust or wood shavings by the end of the shift. We do not have any polished slogans or mission statements. We just show up in the morning, look at what needs to be packed, and get to work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to move things around, especially when it rains and the yard gets muddy. We just deal with it and keep moving. We drink a lot of chai to keep our energy up through the long afternoons.
