We are located in Indirapuram, at A-1214A in the Gaur Green complex. It’s in Nyay Khand-1, which is a pretty well-known part of Ghaziabad. We’ve been operating Proascend Consulting Private Limited from this spot for a bit now. Gaur Green is a massive place, so sometimes people get a little lost trying to find our specific door, but once you’re here, it’s quiet enough. The 201010 area of Uttar Pradesh is busy, but our corner of Nyay Khand-1 stays relatively calm. Inside the office, it’s mostly just stacks of paper and people on their phones. We have a couple of fans that we keep running when the weather gets hot. It’s not a high-rise executive suite, just a functional space where we get things done. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. Most of us have been in the Ghaziabad area for years, so working in Indirapuram feels like home. We don't bother with fancy decor or expensive furniture. We have the basics: desks, chairs, and a decent internet connection. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab some snacks from the local shops nearby. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office life here. We like the fact that we’re in a residential-commercial mix area because it feels more grounded. We just come in, handle the consulting work, and make sure the files are in order before we leave.
