Pro Fitness Gym is located right on the main Kavinagar Road, so it is quite easy to find if you are in the area. We are situated near Rivital Mantra, a spot most people in this part of Ghaziabad recognize. We opened this place up because we felt the neighborhood needed a straightforward spot to train without all the bells and whistles. It is not a massive warehouse, but we have managed to squeeze in everything that actually matters for a good session. There are some racks, a few benches, and the usual cardio machines that stay busy most of the day. The floor gets a bit scuffed from the weights being moved around, but it just shows people are actually working here. We see a lot of students and office workers coming in at different times of the day. Usually, the mornings are much quieter, which is nice if you do not like waiting for a squat rack to open up. We handle everything ourselves, from fixing the equipment to checking people in at the door. It is a small, family-style operation. We do not have those fancy towel services or a juice bar. It is just a room with iron and some fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot. Kavi Nagar is a busy area, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but our members usually manage to find a spot. We have been here at KK-1 for a while.
