Prikalpana Interior

We are over at Vaishali G F 4. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easier for moving things in and out. We do interior work, so there’s always bits of wood or fabric swatches lying around the place. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but that’s how it goes when you’re planning rooms and looking at designs all day. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with contractors or visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. The space here is small, just enough for us to sit and draw up some plans. Sometimes we have clients come in to look at samples, but mostly we are the ones going to them. Vaishali is a busy area, so parking can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve had this shop for a while. It’s got a bit of a draft in the winter, but it’s fine. We aren't a huge firm or anything like that. Just a few of us who know how to put a room together. We don't use any fancy software most of the time, just the basics and some hand sketches when they’re needed. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. Some days are long, especially when a project is finishing up and everything needs to be perfect. We just do our best to get the jobs done right. We usually lock up around seven if the work is done. It is what it is.
