Prakhat Jyotishachary

Prakhat Jyotishachary is located near Delhi Gate, specifically in Panj Seel Park along G T Road. Our number is 97. Being on G T Road means we are right in the thick of the city’s movement. There’s a constant stream of cars and buses passing by, and the noise never really stops. Panj Seel Park is a bit of a landmark around here, so most people can find us without too much trouble. The office itself is small and filled with papers and books. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we keep the fans going and maybe a window cracked open if the smog isn't too bad. It’s an old-fashioned kind of setup. We don't believe in having a shiny, corporate look. It’s more about the work we do inside these walls. The walls are painted a pale color that’s faded over the years, and the floorboards creak a little when you walk across them. People come to visit us at 97 from all over the neighborhood. We sit and talk, and time seems to go by differently inside than it does out on the busy road. We’ve been at this Delhi Gate location for quite a while now, and we’ve seen the shops around us change many times. Prakhat Jyotishachary stays pretty much the same, though. We just keep our heads down and keep going.
