Prachi Ayurvedic & Yoga Clinic

This place is over in Vaishali Sector 4, specifically 709 D Gar Ganga. It's actually really close to the Vaishali Metro Station, which helps because the traffic around Delhi can get pretty bad during the morning rush. Usually, the day starts with opening up the windows to let some air in before the first people show up for their sessions. We’ve got some yoga mats tucked in the corner and the smell of various oils and herbs is just part of the walls now. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular spot where folks come in from the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially when the metro is running late and everyone arrives at the same time. We try to keep things quiet, but you can always hear the street noise outside. Most days are busy with just keeping everything organized and making sure the floor is clean for the yoga part. The lights are a bit dim in some corners, but it makes it feel more relaxed I guess. I spend a lot of time just checking the schedule and talking to people who walk in from the street. There isn't much to say other than we're here every day doing what we do. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road but not too far. If you know the Gar Ganga area, you’ll find it easily enough. Just a basic setup for local people to visit.
