Pooja Cool Center is right in the heart of the Main Market in Govindpuri. If you’ve ever been to Modi Nagar in the middle of summer, you know exactly why a place like ours exists. It gets incredibly hot here, and everyone is looking for some relief. Our shop is full of parts, motors, and cooling equipment. It’s not a fancy showroom. There are tools laying around and a bit of grease on the counter, but that’s how we work. We spend our days talking to people who are frustrated because their cooler or fan broke down. We understand that feeling. The market outside is always a mess of rickshaws and people shouting, so it’s never quiet. We’ve been at this location for quite a while, and most of the other shopkeepers around Govindpuri know us by name. We don't have any flashy advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign while walking through the market. We do our best to fix what we can and sell what people need to stay cool. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The dust from the Main Market settles on everything, so we are constantly wiping down the machines. It’s just the way things are in this part of Modi Nagar. We keep it simple and just focus on the task at hand every day without overcomplicating the small things we do.
