P.N.C. Construction Ltd

This is P.N.C. Construction Ltd. Rakesh Kumar Sharma is the one you’ll usually talk to if you call or stop by. We are based out of house number B-185 B in Lajpat Nagar, over in Sahibabad. It is right in the heart of Ghaziabad. Since we operate out of a house, it’s a bit different than the big firms with glass buildings in the city center. We find it works better for us this way. There’s a lot of construction happening in Uttar Pradesh these days, so there’s always something to do. The streets around here can get pretty crowded, especially with all the traffic near the 201005 pin code area. We keep our equipment and our paperwork here. It's a family-run kind of feel, even with the Ltd in the name. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working on a quote or checking a schedule. It can get a bit chaotic when we have multiple jobs going on at once. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and we like it. It’s home and it’s work, all mixed together in one place. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about getting the next brick laid correctly and keeping the site moving.
