R-4/108 in New Rajnagar is where you can find us. It's a well-known part of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it has a very lived-in feel. This Pidilite Industries Limited office is basically a house that we’ve converted for work. It’s got that old-school charm with solid walls and a bit of a yard out front. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all familiar faces now. Traffic in Ghaziabad can be a bit of a headache, but Rajnagar is tucked away just enough that it’s not too crazy. Inside, we have a few rooms set up for different tasks. One room is full of ledgers and another has the computer stuff. It’s not a shiny corporate park, but it stays cool in the summer which is a big plus around here. Most of our day is spent talking to people or dealing with the logistics of our products. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe the daily grind. We just make sure the orders get out on time. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just life in the city. We have a small tea kettle in the corner that’s almost always on. It’s a humble setup, but it’s home for us during the work hours. We like it this way because it’s relaxed and nobody has to put on a show.
