Perceptive Infrastructure Private Limited

Our office for Perceptive Infrastructure Private Limited is in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. We are in Flat No 201 at Sh 173. It’s a typical Ghaziabad neighborhood, busy and a bit crowded, but it suits us just fine. We have been working from this flat for a while now. It’s where we keep all our files and where we meet to talk about the latest infrastructure jobs. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the second floor and find us. The work we do is mostly about being perceptive to what a site needs, hence the name, though we don't spend much time thinking about that. We are more concerned with the actual numbers and whether the materials are going to arrive on time. Ghaziabad can be a tough place to get things moved around because of the narrow streets and the crowds. We spend a lot of our time just sitting in traffic or waiting for a meeting to start. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to our clients. We just tell them what is happening and what the next step is. It’s a practical way of working that has served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
