Our business is located in Devika Chamber, specifically at Shop No 163. This is in the RDC area of Raj Nagar in Ghaziabad. We are quite close to the Mahalaxmi Mall, which is a very popular spot around here. Because of the mall, the whole area is usually full of cars and people, especially on the weekends. Our shop is one of many in the chamber. It’s a decent-sized space where we can sit and go through all the travel routes. We have a lot of brochures and papers lying around because there are so many details to keep track of. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, but people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. It’s a lively place to be. We have a couple of old chairs for customers, but they are mostly used by us when we’re tired. We don’t do anything too fancy with our marketing. Most people just walk in because they are already at the RDC for something else. We spend the day checking prices and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s a lot of routine work, but every day is a little bit different depending on who walks through the door. We just try to stay on top of the bookings and make sure the paperwork is done correctly. It’s a plain office for a plain job.
