Panna Lal & Shyam Lal Hospital

If you are driving down Ambedkar Road, you’ve probably passed Panna Lal & Shyam Lal Hospital right across from the Galaxy Hotel. It’s a busy spot. The traffic on Ambedkar Road can get pretty loud during rush hour, but inside we try to keep things organized. We have been operating here for years. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and we keep it as tidy as we can. We have different departments, but everything is close together so nobody has to walk too far. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so they know where everything is kept. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone telling us what to do from far away. It is just the doctors and the nurses doing their thing. Patients come from all over this part of town because it’s easy to find us. We get a lot of walk-ins, people just stopping by because they saw the sign. The waiting room chairs are a bit worn out, but they’re comfortable enough. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive magazines for the lobby. We just focus on the patients and making sure they get what they came for. It’s a practical way to run a hospital. Everyday life here is just about managing the queue and making sure the supplies are stocked. It’s hard work, but it is what we do.
