Panchsheela Pharma

Panchsheela Pharma is located on the first floor of East Delhi Mall in Kaushambi, specifically unit F 25. Being in a mall like EDM means we get a lot of people just passing by while they do their grocery shopping or see a movie. Running a pharmacy is mostly about keeping track of boxes. We have rows and rows of medicines, and we have to make sure everything is in the right spot so we can find it fast when someone comes in with a prescription. It’s a lot of reading labels and checking dates. The first floor stays relatively quiet compared to the food court area, which we don't mind. Sometimes it’s just us and the delivery guys bringing in the new stock. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run smoothly. We get regulars from around Kaushambi who prefer coming here because they know we’re usually around. It’s not a glamorous job, standing behind a counter all day, but people need their supplies. We try to keep the shelves organized, but with so many small boxes, it’s a constant battle. We don’t have any fancy mission; we just sell what’s on the list and keep the shop tidy. It's a practical business in a busy part of the city. We usually eat our lunch in the small back room between customers.
