We are based out of Gyan Khand 1 in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. It is a busy residential neighborhood, so there is always something happening around us. Our day-to-day involves managing all the small and big things that keep buildings running, like fixing leaky pipes, checking the wiring, or making sure the cleaning staff has what they need. Our office is pretty small and usually has a few mops or toolboxes leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking between different sites in the area. Indirapuram can get quite crowded, and finding parking when we go for a maintenance call is often the hardest part of the job. We don't have a fancy corporate setup; it is just a group of us who know how to handle repairs and keep things tidy. We deal with regular problems that people have in their flats or offices, and we try to get them sorted out as quickly as we can. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office catching up on bills, but other days everything seems to break at once. We have been working in Ghaziabad for a good while and know the local plumbers and electricians by name. It is just practical work that needs to be done every day to keep the buildings in Gyan Khand 1 in decent shape.
