It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always something going on with the neighbors. The space here is mostly taken up by the big structures we work on. You’ll see plenty of fiberglass and steel lying around. It’s a tough environment, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating, but we get the work done regardless. We spend a lot of time checking the specs on the towers and making sure everything fits together. There’s a lot of clanking and banging throughout the day. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know the routine. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find someone who isn't too busy to talk. It’s a bit messy with all the parts and tools scattered about, but we know where everything is. The trucks come in and out through the main gate, and we’re always trying to keep the schedule moving. It’s just regular guys doing a lot of heavy work. We like it that way. No need for anything extra. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things running smooth until the day is over.
