We are based out of House No 101 in the Shree Krishna Appartment complex over in Sector 6. Ghaziabad is a big place, but this little corner is where we stay. Working from an apartment makes the atmosphere pretty relaxed. We aren't wearing suits or following strict corporate rules here. It is more about getting the work done. Elevators are what we know. We spend a lot of time talking to building managers and making sure their equipment is running right. Some days we are buried under stacks of paperwork, and other days we are barely in the office at all. The neighborhood is fairly typical for Sector 6, with shops and other homes nearby. It gets busy in the evenings. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. If someone has a problem with their lift, they usually know where to find us. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break. It is just a normal life. We handle the technical details and the logistics so the buildings can keep their residents moving up and down without too much trouble. It’s not always easy, but it is what we do. We like being part of the local community here in Ghaziabad.
