So, we are over in Vaishali at Sector-4, specifically in the Rachna building. It’s a bone and joint clinic, so most people coming through the door have something bothering their knees or hips or maybe a back issue. We aren't a massive place. It’s just a clinic where we try to handle the basics of orthopedic care. The area around Sector-4 is usually quite busy, and finding the building isn't too hard if you've lived here for a while. Inside, things are pretty standard. We have some benches for waiting and the doctor’s room. We don’t have a big fancy reception desk with ten people working behind it. It’s mostly just us. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long when a few people show up at once without calling, but we do what we can. We see a lot of older folks from the neighborhood who just need help with their joints. It’s a regular job for us, and we’ve been at this spot for some time now. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the trick in Vaishali. If the rain is heavy, the street outside gets a bit messy, but that’s just the way it goes here. We keep the place clean and focus on the patients. There’s no corporate mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some medical posters. We just try to be helpful and stay practical for the people who live nearby.
