We’ve been here at 29/01 Ashoka Road for quite a while now. Shipra Sun City is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to work. Our office is tucked away in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, and it stays pretty active with all the clearing and forwarding work we do. It’s not a fancy setup, just a bunch of desks and lots of files. We deal with the customs paperwork and make sure things get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we’re used to it. The area has changed a lot since we first started out. There are more shops now and the roads are always full. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking documents. It’s hard work and it can get stressful when things get stuck, but we just keep going. Usually, we have tea around four in the afternoon to take a break. People know us in this part of town because we’ve been around. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most folks just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the building. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up every day and do what needs doing. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet is slow, but that’s just how it is in a real office. We try to keep things organized but there’s always a lot of paper everywhere.
