Om Sai Tiles

Our shop is in Indirapuram, specifically at Gyan Khand -4, Flat No -2. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are tucked away a little. We don’t have a massive storefront on a main highway, but we make do with the space we have. We keep our tile samples arranged so people can see the different textures. It’s usually just one or two of us here. We spend time cleaning the samples because the dust in Indirapuram never seems to stop. People find us mostly through word of mouth or if they live nearby in Gyan Khand. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big markets. We aren't into high-pressure sales; we just show people what we have and let them decide. The flat is filled with various styles, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when new stock arrives. We have to move things around quite a bit to make room for people to walk. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the orders. It’s a small, local business and we like it that way. We don't have fancy brochures or a team of salespeople. If you come by, you’re just talking to the people who actually run the place. We know which tiles are sturdy and which ones are just for looks. It’s a simple, everyday job for us, and we’re happy to be part of the local community in this corner of Indirapuram.
