Olivia

Olivia is our little shop located in Section 5 of Ghaziabad. We are right across from Park View in Vasundara. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the area. We’ve been here at number 512 for some time now. Mostly, we do beauty work for the ladies in the neighborhood. It’s a local business, nothing too big or flashy. We do threading, waxing, and hair stuff like cutting or oiling. The space isn't huge, but we have made it work for us over the years. Many of our customers are women who live in the apartments around Vasundara. They come in for their regular monthly visits. We know most of them by name by now. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when three or four people are talking at once, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; people usually find out about us from their neighbors or friends. We keep our tools clean and try to be quick so nobody has to wait too long. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and the floors. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the basic things that people need for their day-to-day grooming. We aren't looking to become a giant brand, just happy being the local choice for the people living near Park View.
