Aviator Sunglasses

If you ever find yourself walking through Ocean Plaza, you might see us at C-8. We go by Aviator Sunglasses. It’s just a small shop tucked away in the building. We spend most of our time cleaning fingerprints off the glass cases and chatting with people who are looking for a new pair of shades. Ocean Plaza is a good place to be, even if it gets a bit quiet on weekday mornings. We don't have some big philosophy about style or anything; we just sell sunglasses that people seem to like wearing. There are two of us who take turns behind the counter. We’ve seen a lot of faces come through since we opened up here. Some people know exactly what they want, and others try on ten different pairs before they decide. We don't mind either way. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere in the shop. We try to keep the shelves stocked with different styles because everyone has a different face shape. The lighting in the plaza is okay, but we always tell people to go near the window to see how the lenses look in actual daylight. We aren't a massive chain store, just this one spot in C-8. It keeps us on our toes, making sure the inventory is right. We enjoy being part of the plaza community. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day and we plan to be here for a long time.
