Norma India Limited

We operate out of Plot Number 48 in the Sahibabad Industrial Area, Site-IV. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are trucks and vans moving around all day long. Norma India Limited has been here for a good while now. The building is a typical industrial setup with a large production floor and some office space at the front. We mostly deal with components and parts that go into other machines or systems. It’s quite loud inside because of the manufacturing process and the heavy machinery. There are rows of machines and people working in shifts to keep things moving. We have a loading dock where stuff gets shipped out every day to different locations. It’s not the most glamorous place, just a lot of concrete, metal, and grease. We focus on getting the orders out on time. The office part is a bit quieter, where the paperwork gets handled by the staff. We have a small canteen area for the workers to take their breaks and eat lunch. Sometimes it gets dusty because of all the activity in the area, but we try to keep the inside clean as much as possible. The commute can be a bit long for some of the staff since the industrial area is on the outskirts of the city. We’ve got a steady rhythm going here. It’s about making sure the parts are made to the right size and shipped to whoever needs them. No fancy displays here.
