Nizam Ice Cream

If you are traveling on the Hapur Bulandshahar Road, you might have seen Nizam Ice Cream. We are located in Gulaothi, right near the church. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of trucks and cars passing through all day long. Because of the location, we get a mix of travelers who are just passing through and local people who live in the village. The church nearby is a good landmark, so people find us easily enough. The shop isn't very big, but we try to keep a good variety of items in the freezers. Some days are slow, especially when it rains and nobody wants anything cold. But when the sun is out, it stays busy from morning until night. We spend a lot of time sweeping out the dust that blows in from the main road. It is a bit loud with all the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. My brother and I take turns behind the counter. We mostly deal with the delivery guys and making sure the crates are organized in the back. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some refrigerators and a place for people to stand while they eat. It gets quite lively on Sundays when people are out and about. We just keep doing our thing here on the side of the road.
