New Garhwal Panner Bhander

Our shop is located on Ambedkar Road in Sector 18, right there at number 199. Every morning starts pretty early for us because the milk arrives before the sun is even up. We focus on making fresh paneer every single day. If you walk past New Garhwal Panner Bhander, you'll probably see us cutting the big blocks into smaller cubes or weighing them for customers. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy displays, just the cold storage and the counters where we serve people. A lot of the local restaurant guys come here in the morning to get their stock for the day's cooking. Sanjay Nagar is a busy place, and we have been part of this street for a good bit of time. Besides paneer, we keep some other dairy items, but the paneer is why most people stop their scooters here. It’s hard work keeping everything clean and cold, especially when the summer heat hits Ghaziabad. We don't do much talking, mostly just weighing and packing. Sometimes the shop gets crowded in the evenings when everyone is headed home and wants to pick up something for dinner. We just try to keep the quality consistent so people keep coming back. It’s just me and a couple of helpers running the place day in and day out. We also make sure the water is drained properly and the floors stay dry despite all the dairy work.
