New Bhargava Opitcal

You can find us over at Chander Nagar Lg5, specifically in the Surya Nager B-10 area. New Bhargava Opitcal is a small, local shop. We aren't one of those big mall stores with bright flashing lights and pushy salespeople. It’s usually just us here among the frames and the testing equipment. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. It gives us time to actually talk to the people who walk through the door. Most of our visitors are neighbors from Surya Nager or people who have been coming to us for years. We have a decent selection of glasses on the shelves, but it’s not overwhelming. We just keep what people actually need. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but we make it work. We don't have a corporate manual on how to talk to customers. We just say hello and ask what’s wrong with their current pair. If a screw is loose, we fix it. If they need a new prescription, we do the test. It’s straightforward work. We’ve lived around here for a while, so we know the local pace. Chander Nagar is a good place to be. We aren't trying to expand or become a huge chain. We’re just happy being the local optical shop where you can get your eyes checked without any unnecessary fuss or fancy talk.
