Neha Dairy

Our dairy is at C-37 in the Chhawra Colony, right near the Shalimar Housing Complex in Sahibabad. It is a local spot that serves the families living around here. We deal with fresh milk, curd, and paneer every single day. The shop is small and we keep it as clean as we can, though things can get a bit wet with all the refrigeration and cleaning. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the milk is fresh when the neighborhood wakes up. We have been in the Shalimar area for a good while, and we have seen the kids grow up. Some of them used to come in for a small packet of milk and now they come in to buy for their own houses. We do not use fancy packaging. Most things are weighed out and handed over in simple bags. The morning rush is always the busiest part of the day. People are in a hurry to get their breakfast items and head to work. We try to be quick. In the afternoon, it is quieter, and we spend time prepping the curd for the next day. It is a steady routine. We do not have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that has been wobbling for years. It is a real, local business where you get exactly what you see on the counter every day.
