Needs

The shop is tucked away in Harsha City Mall, specifically at Shop No 5 B. We are in Shakti Khand II, which is a busy part of Indirapuram. Being near St. Teresa School means we get a lot of parents and kids stopping by, usually in a hurry. The mall isn't the biggest, but it stays active throughout the day. We’ve been running this place called Needs for a bit now, and it’s mostly about keeping the essentials in stock. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the glass and the counters to keep things looking decent. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about where we stack the boxes. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle to find the mall entrance or get stuck in the Shakti Khand traffic, which delays our morning setup. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us here, handling the billing and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the paper. People come in for all sorts of things, maybe a packet of biscuits or some household item they ran out of. The air conditioning in the mall helps during the summer months, which is a relief. We don't do much advertising; people just see the sign when they are walking to the school or the nearby shops. It's a simple life, honestly, just making sure we have what people need.
