Needs The Super Market is situated at Plot No-11 in Vaishali Sector 5. We are inside the Shopprix Mall area, which is a pretty well-known spot in Ghaziabad. Since we are in the mall, we get all kinds of people coming in. It’s a bit different from a standalone street shop. There’s more space but also more to manage. We spend our hours walking up and down the aisles, making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of legwork. We have a few staff members who help out with the registers and the stocking. It gets really busy on the weekends, sometimes so much that it's hard to keep up with the mess. But we just keep at it. We’ve been here in Sector 5 for a while now and we know the 201010 area well. It isn't a high-end luxury place, just a supermarket where you can get your regular shopping done. We don't bother with much advertising; people just know we are here in the mall. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or the scanners slow down, but we just deal with it. It's just a regular business day for us every day. We try to keep the shelves full so nobody leaves frustrated. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from open to close. We just take it one shelf at a time and keep moving.
