We are over at House Number 4 in Vishwakarma Colony. It’s right across from Idle College in the Akash Nagar area of Govindpuram, Ghaziabad. Being near a college means we see a lot of students and young people walking by all the time. Our office is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we need. We have a few desks and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. Ghaziabad is a fast city, but in our little corner of Govindpuram, things feel a bit more relaxed. We spend our days going through the mail and updating the accounts. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at my desk while I work. We don't have any big goals of taking over the world. We just want to keep this office running well for the people in the colony. The 201001 area has been good to us. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know our faces. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. If someone has a question, we just answer it the best we can. Sometimes we don't have the answer right away and have to look it up, but we always get back to them when we can find the info. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep our costs low so we can just focus on the work. It isn't fancy but it works for us and the members who stop by every single week.
