Our place, Nandani Roofing Systems Pvt. Ltd., is over at D-31 in the Meerut Road Industrial Area, specifically Site IV. This part of the city is purely for industry, so it is surrounded by large factories and heavy machinery. We focus on roofing, which means our yard is always full of long metal sheets and various structures. It is a heavy-duty environment where you have to watch your step because of all the materials lying around. The Meerut Road is a major route nearby, so we get a lot of trucks coming in to pick up orders or drop off raw materials. The work is mostly outdoors or in large open sheds, which means we are really at the mercy of the weather. When it rains, everything gets a bit messy and slick, and when the sun is out, the metal gets way too hot to touch without using thick gloves. Our office is just a small, plain room at the front where we keep the records and talk to people who stop by for quotes. We aren't big on marketing or fancy sales talk; we just show people the different types of roofing we have and let them decide what they need. It is a lot of lifting, measuring, and loading trucks at the end of the day. We have been at this Site IV location for quite a while now, and we have grown used to the noise and the constant movement. It is a busy life.
